Missouri Small Business Development Center (MO SBDC) business specialists are uniquely qualified to help small businesses get started, develop and thrive.

In fiscal year 2007, MO SBDC staff successfully assisted more than 2,300 clients, resulting in $90 million in increased sales.

SBDCs offer:

»	Training seminars and programs on a variety of business topics including:
		starting a business, business plan development, marketing, financial analysis, cash flow analysis, taxes, market feasibility, customer service, international trade, franchising, licensing, inventory, computer software and more.
»	Low or no-cost counseling services and access to technology resources including:
		patent, trademark and copyright searches; exporting leads; product design, testing and quality control; manufacturing studies; and plant layout.

The Small Business & Technology Development Centers are staffed with specially trained counselors who can assist science and engineering oriented and high growth businesses.
