Western Region PTAC - UMKC

Services

The Western Region PTAC is a cooperative effort of UMKC-Bloch School. We connect small business owners with government agencies in search of products and services at competitive prices. We assist small business owners with the processes necessary for securing government contracts. MO PTACs offer these services.

MO PTAC is a non for profit organization funded by the Department of Defense to assist Missouri small businesses in becoming government contractors. This will expand the industrial base and increase competition of government goods which will reduce the cost of maintaining a strong national security and also enhance Missouri’s economy.

To sign up for MO PTAC services please call (816) 235-6075 to register for "Winning Government Contracts: The First Steps" seminar. Complete and bring the MO PTAC forms (specifically, Agreement of Understanding, Request for Counseling, RFC Supplemental Info) to the seminar.

The Western Region PTAC is located on the UMKC campus at 4747 Troost. The 4747 Troost Building is in the upper right area on this campus map (PDF).

Parking is located all around the building. The PTAC office is located on the main floor. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
