Rich Fyke
Procurement Director, Eastern Region PTAC

Rich Fyke is the Director of the Eastern Region Missouri Procurement Technical Assistance Center (MO PTAC) Program in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center Program at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois. Before directing Procurement Assistance Center programs, Rich worked in private industry, selling on GSA contract.

Rich has consulted hundreds of businesses that have been awarded more than $860 million in government contracts. Under his leadership, Procurement Assistance Centers have received numerous awards, including Outstanding Program Performance awards, Program Milestone Achievement awards, and Public Sector Organization of the Year. Rich was recipient of the Illinois Small Business Development Association PTAC Director of the Year Award.

Rich is a Level 3 Certified Contracting Assistance Specialist (CCAS) with the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC), a Certified Business Specialist and former Vice-Chairman of the Illinois Small Business Development Association, and serves on the APTAC Professional Review Board. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
