Taxes are really pretty logical once you actually look at them. We often have ideas about things but when we take a closer look, our ideas usually change. This applies to taxes. Kid finds they are nowhere near as complicated as everyone thinks.

There are different taxes depending on if you have employees and the form of business you have. If your business is a Sole Proprietorship (like Sara) or a General Partnership (like Ricky and Squig Man), different rules apply. Also, if you have employees, you are responsible for withholding and paying employment taxes.

Click on Sara or Ricky and Squig Man to find out which taxes they have to pay and which forms they have to file.

NOTE: An Internet connection and the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader browser plug-in is required to view Sara's and Ricky's tax forms. The Acrobat Reader is available for download from Adobe's web site.
