The Internal Revenue Service, through its Office of Tax
Administration Advisory Services (TAAS), provides technical assistance
to foreign governments, U.S. possessions including commonwealths
and territorial governments, and institutions of higher learning.
The focus of our assistance is to modernize and strengthen tax
administrations, and improve tax management, operations and training
programs.
