The Missouri Small Business & Technology Development Centers (MO SBTDC) are focused on strengthening the technological competitiveness of Missouri's businesses. Designed to improve the participation of small technology firms in the innovation and commercialization of new technology, the MO SBTDC program encourages and enhances technology research and development, technology transfer and technology deployment.
MO SBTDC
is a program of the University
of Missouri, the Missouri
Small Business Development Centers and a Cooperative Agreement partially
funded by the U.S. Small
Business Administration (SBA). SBA's funding is not an endorsement
of any products, opinions, or services. All SBA funded programs are
extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
In addition, specially trained counselors focus on strengthening the technological competitiveness of Missouri's businesses. One of the primary services of the MO SBTDC is the MoFAST initiative, which provides services to businesses interested in participating in the SBIR/STTR program.
