Marie Steinwachs has provided environmental programming through University Extension since 1991 targeting pollution prevention, energy conservation, greening college campuses, sustainable development, household hazardous waste and product stewardship. She was co-founder of the internationally recognized Household Hazardous Waste Project (HHWP) in 1986. Steinwachs has a MS in Administrative Studies and Environmental Management from Missouri State University and is a Truman Scholar.
Leah received an English degree from the University of Texas, Austin. She reports on sustainable, small businesses for Missouri Business eNews and researches pollution prevention topics for the MOEAC publications and Web site.

Jordan is a graduate student in the Crosby Master of Business Administration program at the University of Missouri. Her undergraduate degree, also from MU, is in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. She is a pollution prevention intern and works as a research assistant for the MOEAC Web site.
