It has been said that all good things must come to an end and so it is with the Creating Quality Newsletter. We will cease mail distribution of this newsletter with the April 2004 issue. In this time of ever-increasing costs and more limited resources, we must search for ways to deliver our educational material in the most efficient manner available. We are in the process of developing a statewide newsletter that will be available on the internet. We also have numerous other resources on this website at www.missouribusiness.net. You can find information there on a variety of small business topics, and we invite you to visit us there for the latest information on business management and quality processes. Those of us involved with the production and distribution of this newsletter have really enjoyed being able to provide this informative resource for our readers over the years.
